Step by step procedure

When pressing the UP button the drapery should OPEN. If drapery closes upon pressing the UP button, you will need to reverse the direction of operation.

To begin, move the drapery away from its limits and press and hold both the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously until the drapery jogs. A jog is a brief movement of your motorized drapery.

Next press the MY button until the drapery jogs.

Finally, it's time to confirm you've changed the direction of operation. Press the UP button and your motorized draperies should open. Press the DOWN button and your motorized draperies should close. You have successfully changed the direction of operation!
